Today our special guest on Coach Radio is renowned relationship coach, therapist and author Sonja Ridden. Sonja is a relationship specialist who has been working in the field of relationship coaching for the past 12 years and has been a sought after commentator in all forms of media during that time.

As well as appearing on SBS, Channel 7’s Today Tonight program and a primetime breakfast show in Singapore, Sonja has made guest appearances on ABC Radio National’s Life Matters, the Toni Delroy Show, Radio 2GB in Sydney and dozens of ABC radio stations across Australia.

Sonja holds a Masters degree in counselling, has completed post graduate studies in applied psychology as well as training in Nero Linguistics and is a skilled and experienced international trainer.
